Rock ’n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets is Hollywood Studios’ high-speed indoor launch coaster with a Muppets overlay, a rock-show feel, and a very short but intense ride time of about 2 minutes. It is still one of the park’s biggest thrill rides: fast launch, inversions, darkness, loud effects, and very little warm-up.

Is it worth it?

Worth it if you want a true thrill ride at Hollywood Studios and you’re comfortable with coaster intensity. The standout is the launch-and-inversion combo with Muppets energy layered over a legitimately aggressive coaster; the catch is that the ride experience is still intense and can feel shaky, especially if you land farther back in the train. Skip it if anyone in your group dislikes dark coasters, sudden launches, inversions, or rougher motion.

• Ask for rows 1–4 if you want the smoother version of this ride. The dossier points to the first few rows feeling noticeably less shaky than the middle and back, while still delivering the same speed and launch.
• If roughness is your issue, do not assume the Muppets version is gentler. The track and ride vehicles are the same style of experience as before, so the branding changed more than the physical thrill level.
