Disney Springs Santa Returns Nov. 11 With Virtual Queue

Published October 31, 2026

Disney will bring Santa Claus back to Santa’s Marketplace at Disney Springs on November 11, 2026, according to reports as of Friday, October 30. Visits run through December 24, 2026, and require a virtual queue spot in My Disney Experience; no standby line will be available.

One person can enter the queue for a party of up to 10 people, but that person must be physically at Disney Springs when joining. The reported procedure offers five opportunities to join each day, with spots subject to availability.

The person who joins receives a push notification when the party can return. That notification includes access to a digital entry code for Santa’s Marketplace. If you cannot find the code afterward, open the three-line menu in My Disney Experience and select Virtual Queues.

Santa’s Marketplace is near Disney’s Pin Traders in the Marketplace area. Dairy Does More hosts the all-ages experience, which includes fresh milk and cookies. Children can also write and mail a letter to Santa at Once Upon a Toy.

What we know

What’s not confirmed

The report describes five daily queue enrollment opportunities but does not include their exact times. Those times remain unspecified; the coverage attributes the arrangements to Disney but does not establish a separately confirmed schedule for those windows.

What it means for your trip

Have your designated queue organizer reach Disney Springs before the enrollment opportunity you intend to try; you cannot have that person join from your resort. Once the enrollment times are available, set a phone reminder rather than assuming you can walk up to Santa’s Marketplace.

Keep notifications enabled for My Disney Experience on the organizer’s phone so the return message reaches the right person. If your party misses a queue opportunity, use the letter-writing activity at Once Upon a Toy as a backup, or spend time on the Christmas Tree Stroll rather than waiting for a standby line that will not operate.
