What is the Real Wait estimate?
An estimate of the line you actually stand in, based on how posted waits have compared with actual waits in the past. It is shown only when it is confident, and labeled as an estimate.
What if the data is not available?
The tool tells your assistant the data is unavailable and why, and every live answer carries the time the data was read. It never fills the gap with an estimate presented as live data.
